Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including scripts, pronunciation guidance, tone preferences, and any specific project requirements.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable currency and must be paid in full before work begins.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

5. Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 48 to 72 hours after payment has been received and all required project information has been provided.

Delivery is completed electronically via email, download link, or another agreed digital method.

6. Revisions

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

We provide revisions as needed to ensure that the final voice-over meets the customer's expectations. Customers may request revisions related to pronunciation, tone, pacing, style, or other reasonable adjustments until they are satisfied with the final result.

To help ensure a smooth revision process, customers should provide clear and complete project requirements when placing their order.

Major changes to the original script may require additional recording work and may be subject to additional charges.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may request to cancel an order before final delivery.

We also offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Refund requests submitted within 30 days of delivery will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Upon full payment and delivery of the final voice-over files, all rights, title, and interest in the delivered recording are transferred to the customer.

The customer receives full ownership and unrestricted usage rights to the final delivered audio files, including commercial, promotional, advertising, broadcasting, online, and offline use.

Once ownership has been transferred, the customer may use, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, and exploit the delivered recordings without limitation, subject to applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service purchased.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
